Cleadail was our last stop on a whirlwind tour of Scotland, and it was the perfect way to unwind and relax while being able to see the isle of Skye without dealing with the crowds in Portree. Dale and Fiona keep a lovely, clean, and quiet place just outside the town, about 10min drive back to Portree and not far from a picturesque Lochan. Amenities were ample and the room/bathroom were obviously newly created/refurbished. This was also the only place we stayed on our trip which had a fridge, which was a lovely addition. Highly recommended!

This guest house is absolutely stunning! Is just 8 mins away from Portree but puts you in the middle of Scottish-Skye spirit. The room is beautiful with all the things you need and with a special attention to littledetails. Dale is a real gentleman, he welcomed us with affection and is always available for any need, without ever being too intrusive. the breakfast is definitely fantastic. This stay was way beyond our expectations!

From the time we arrived we felt right at home. Our hosts were so helpful and kind. Our bedroom was clean and cozy and had everything that we needed. Breakfast in the morning was so nice and was the perfect start to each morning we had here.

Absolutely recommendable residence! We were received by a very friendly and helpful host.The room and bathroom were beautiful, clean and big enough and looked quite new. The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here in a beautiful surrounding.

From the moment I arrived, to the moment I left, Dale and Fiona couldn’t do enough to make sure my stay was perfect.The room was beautifully done up with amazing views and the bed was so comfortable, just what was needed after a long drive.Dale provided very tasty vegan yogurt and dairy free milk, as well as a lovely fresh fruit salad for breakfast. Also my favourite Chai tea and the offer of fresh coffee each morning.If you’re thinking of booking here, you won’t be disappointed, I could easily have stayed for much longer!

We stayed 2 nights there and it is a truly lovely place. Extremely quiet. Very kind attitude from the owners.I wish we could stay longer.

Fake and Fiona are very hospitable and accommodating hosts. They tended to my every need with very courteous service.Fresh fruit salad in the morning to accompany the coffee.Location is about 15 minutes to Portree.
